About

Build things that matter.
Ship them to the people who need them.

The practice

ENT Laboratories is a product studio and go-to-market practice operating at the intersection of AI and web3. We build our own products and help partners bring theirs to market.

We've worked with leading stablecoin issuers, lending protocols, and DeFi/web3 protocols — driving product and marketing strategy, community, and most importantly, revenue into the tens of millions of dollars. Including during bad weather, crisis moments, and when budgets were thin.

The lab model means we're always building. Our AI-centric go-to-market work funds our research. Our research sharpens our go-to-market. Everything compounds.

The approach

AI is embedded in everything we do — how we build products, how we run go-to-market, how we research markets, and how we operate as a studio. We don't bolt AI onto existing workflows. We start with AI and design the workflow around it.

Every engagement ships something real — a product, a launch, a market entry, a growth engine. Our bias is toward speed and craft. We move fast because AI lets us. We obsess over quality because users do. We stay small because AI-native teams with deep context outperform large ones.

Thesis

AI is infrastructure, not product

The best AI products disappear into the workflow. We build AI that solves specific problems for specific users — not demos that impress and then collect dust.

Web3 needs better product people

The technology is ready. The distribution is the bottleneck. Web3 projects need product thinking, not just protocol thinking — real go-to-market, not "build it and they will come."

Agents are the next platform

Autonomous AI agents will need identity, commerce, and trust infrastructure. We're building the primitives now — before the rush.

Small teams, big leverage

The best products are built by small, focused teams with deep context. We don't scale headcount. We scale tooling, taste, and conviction.
